Roast pork and salad roll.

There are a couple of street corners in Ayacucho that specialise in roast pork and salad rolls, served from a wheelbarrow, at a more than reasonable price! However, when not being carved for a customer it is wrapped in brown paper and cloth and there is a small burner under the pork keeping it warm. The meat looks absolutely delicious, not to mention the great slabs of crackling encasing it. In order to partake of this delicacy one would need to first of all take a triple dose of cholesterol tablets!
Even that precaution may not prevent other dire consequences, nevertheless, it still looks delicious!
